About The Team

The Mission Operations Engineers focus on development projects in a fast-paced and ever-changing threat landscape. This role supports various divisions/business units and involves interviewing with teams matching background and location preference.

About The Job

The Mission Operations (MOPs) team manages execution, growth, and success of customer accounts. They own customer relationships and develop, plan, and deploy Anduril products in support of missions. They work closely with customers to understand problems and shape offerings with engineering teams. They are responsible for customer and mission success and play a critical role in Anduril's future.

What You'll Do

• Orchestrate deployment of flagship hardware and software products in support of customer missions, including planning, deployment, training, and ensuring product performance.
• Travel nationwide and internationally up to 75% to service and manage forward deployed accounts.
• Grow business through customer success by establishing trust-based partnerships and meeting commercial targets.
• Work side-by-side with customers to understand mission challenges and represent them to engineers to shape products.
• Collaborate with internal teams including business development, engineering, product, logistics, finance, legal, contracting, and technical operations.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in military and/or civilian environments.
• High levels of organization and task management.
• Ability to remain optimistic and resilient in austere environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to optimize complex logistics networks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with emerging technologies in defense and their logistical implications.
• Able to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Ability to obtain up to a Top Secret clearance.
• Ability to relocate as needed.
• Eligible for DoW SkillBridge Program.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Aviation Operations, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficiency with autonomous systems or unmanned vehicles.
• Experience with logistics software and inventory management systems.
