ML Algorithms Specialist

Responsibilities

• Document, define, and prioritize all requirements for the ML algorithm platform.
• Monitor platform adoption metrics, gather quantitative user feedback, and iterate on features to continuously improve the user experience.
• Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) and central point of contact for all internal stakeholders and external collaborators.
• Lead the design and creation of tools and services for the efficient packaging and deployment of algorithms across diverse environments.
• Guide engineering teams in building a robust, scalable infrastructure for algorithm hosting and runtime management.
• Ensure the distribution platform provides compatibility and robust support for a variety of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Monai, and Keras).
• Champion and enforce rigorous standards for algorithm performance and end-user usability.
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance standards for the platform and all resulting outputs.
