Position Responsibilities

• End-to-End Development: You accompany AI projects throughout the entire lifecycle – from data acquisition and preparation through model design to successful deployment.
• Cutting-Edge HealthTech: You further develop our speech recognition for medical professionals and optimize computer vision models for the classification of skin lesions (melanoma detection).
• Interdisciplinary Exchange: You work closely with product management, support, and sales to create AI solutions that offer real added value.
• Growth & Responsibility: You start with mentoring from experienced developers and have the long-term opportunity to take on responsibility as a (part-time) product manager for your own projects.

Requirements

• You have successfully completed a degree in computer science, mathematics, physics, or a comparable natural science – a doctorate is also very welcome.
• AI Expertise: You are passionate about IT and have already gained solid (initial) practical experience with machine learning, neural networks, or deep learning.
• Technology Stack: You are proficient in Python and ideally have already worked with frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn. Basic knowledge of Linux and Bash rounds off your profile.
• Clean Code Mentality: Your standard is to develop not only functional but also high-quality, clean, and maintainable software.
• Language Skills: As we communicate closely within the team and with various departments, you master German at C1 level (or better).
• Mindset: You are curious, enjoy thinking outside the box, and have the courage to test unconventional solutions. A high willingness to learn new frameworks and algorithms is a matter of course for you.
