About the role
About
In this role you will lead the research and training of imitation learning models for robotic manipulation, shaping how a humanoid platform moves from automation to autonomy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver real-world impact for customers, guiding model fine-tuning and maintaining clean, production‑grade Python code. You’ll leverage AI tools to accelerate development while ensuring robust, scalable solutions. This is a hands‑on position at the intersection of robotics and machine learning with a mission‑driven culture.
Responsibilities
- Lead research, development and training of imitation learning models for robotics
- Oversee model fine‑tuning for specific applications
- Leverage AI coding tools to produce clean, maintainable Python code with deep learning frameworks
- Collaborate with Product team to deliver real‑world impact for customers
Requirements
- PhD or MSc in Data Science, Computer Science, Robotics, or related field
- Experience in training machine learning models
- 3+ years of experience in developing high‑quality Python code
- Experience with robotics learning frameworks (e.g., LeRobot)
- Strong pragmatic and goal‑oriented mindset
