About the Role

Your Future Job

As an MLOps, you will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with Data Science and DevOps teams to industrialize Machine Learning models.
• Developing and automating data pipelines, from development to production.
• Managing the deployment of ML/AI models and ensuring their performance in production.
• Implementing monitoring tools to track models in production.
• Optimizing cloud and on-premises infrastructures for ML/AI needs.
• Participating in the continuous improvement of MLOps processes.

Minimum Skills Expected

Proactive and proposing solutions, you have at least 3 years of experience in the role. Experience in banking, insurance, or mutual insurance is highly appreciated. You have autonomy on some of the key MLOps tools (for others, we will support you):

• Language: Python
• CI-CD: Jenkins, GitLab, ...
• Container & orchestrator: Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift ...
• Cloud: AWS, GCP or Azure
• Model Management: MLflow, Kubeflow.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary based on experience: €45,000 to €55,000 / year
• Meal vouchers worth €10 per working day
• Bonuses (business development, training, innovative system co-option)
• 9.43 RTT days in 2026
• Remote work: 2 to 3 days per week
• Mobility package: 75% of public transport costs covered
