About

We are looking for a Senior Consultant to lead the design and implementation of Modern Workplace and AI Business Solutions. This role is for an experienced consultant who understands how to orchestrate the Microsoft 365 ecosystem to eliminate business friction and drive intelligent automation.

You will be responsible for bridging the gap between business requirements and technical execution. Utilizing the Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and Copilot Studio, you will focus on building "AI-first" solutions that empower users and modernize legacy operations through strategic architecture and hands-on delivery.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Copilot Orchestration:

• Architect and deploy custom AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Integrate these agents across Teams, SharePoint, and public-facing websites to automate complex decision-making and support tasks.
• Architect multi-agent ecosystems that act as a digital workforce to automate cross-departmental decision-making.

Power Platform Solution Design:

• Lead the end-to-end solution architecture and implementation of Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Automate workflows.
• Focus on building scalable, user-centric applications.

Modern Workplace Transformation:

• Optimize Microsoft 365 to create high-performance collaborative environments.
• Design "Intelligent Hubs" that serve as the central nervous system for client operations.

Automation:

• Identify manual, high-volume business processes and replace them with automated flows using Power Automate (DPA), RPA, and AI Builder.

Client Consulting & Discovery:

• Facilitate discovery workshops, value assessments, and process mapping sessions to translate business needs into technical solution options.
• Lead strategic sessions to define "Quick Win" vs. "Strategic" roadmap themes.

Delivery & Quality Assurance:

• Build and deploy solutions aligned to ALM practices.
• Conduct technical validations to ensure a zero-defect handover and maintain high standards of solution hygiene.

Value Engineering:

• Translate complex technical roadmaps into executive-level business cases, quantifying ROI for AI and automation investments.

Technical Mentorship

• Review and refine the solution hygiene of the development team, ensuring ALM best practices are standard across all project deliveries.

Required Skills & Qualifications

AI & Copilot Studio:

• Ability to design grounded, secure AI agents using best-practice patterns and advanced prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of safety evaluation, privacy-by-design, and responsible AI frameworks to ensure ethical and compliant AI deployments.

Consulting & Ways of Working:

• Strong requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts through storytelling.
• Proficiency in Agile delivery, including sprint planning and a commitment to iterative value delivery.

Core Platform Experience:

• 8+ years of experience within the Microsoft 365 and Power Platform suite.
• Expert-level knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.

Governance & Compliance:

• Implement data governance frameworks, DLP policies, and lifecycle management to ensure secure solution patterns and risk mitigation.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Governance and identity management.
• Knowledge of Responsible AI standards for Generative AI and Copilot deployments.

ALM (Application Lifecycle Management):

• Hands-on experience in Azure DevOps for managing technical delivery.
• Ability to design automated deployments that enforce quality gates and zero-defect handovers

Integration & Data:

• Experience and understanding of building Custom Connectors to extend the Power Platform.
• High proficiency in using Standard and Premium Connectors to integrate M365 with third-party systems.
• Expert-level knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture (Hub sites, Metadata, and Security).

Education

Degree or National Diploma in Information Technology, Business Systems, or Computer Science.

Advantageous Skills

• Data Proficiency: Experience in relational database design.
• Data Visualization: Experience with Power BI for executive reporting.
• Emerging Tech: Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric or Azure Logic Apps.

Certifications:

• PL-600 (Power Platform Solution Architect) - Highly Preferred.
• (Functional Consultant) or MS-102 (M365 Administrator).
