Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Murex Lead with 12–15 years of expertise in Murex implementation, support, and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and technical knowledge of Murex and the ability to lead teams while driving high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Murex implementation, upgrade, or support projects.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Provide functional and technical expertise across Murex modules.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and production support.
• Ensure system stability, performance optimization, and issue resolution.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.
• Drive best practices in system configuration, testing, and deployment.

Required Skills and Qualification

• 12–15 years of experience working with Murex.
• Strong knowledge of Murex architecture, configuration, and workflows.
• Hands‑on experience in at least one or more Murex modules (Front Office, Risk, Back Office, etc.).
• Good understanding of capital markets and financial products.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

• Experience or knowledge in MXTEST automation.
• Exposure to Murex upgrades and migration projects.
