About
As a Named Account Manager at Fortinet, you will drive growth for key accounts in the manufacturing sector, leveraging your network to win opportunities and onboard new clients. You will craft account plans, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and act as the primary liaison between customers and Fortinet’s divisions. You’ll develop executive-level relationships to understand business drivers and align Fortinet solutions with their IT strategy. This role offers a chance to shape enterprise deployments and contribute to a high-performance, collaborative team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to win new business and expand existing deployments
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles from qualification to closed deals with named accounts
- Coordinate with System Engineers, Channel Managers, and specialists to deliver integrated Fortinet solutions
- Build and maintain executive relationships within accounts to understand business imperatives
- Drive quarterly business reviews to demonstrate value and mitigate risks
- Keep customers informed about Fortinet roadmaps and product plans
- Identify decision makers, educate prospects, and qualify buying interest and urgency
- Lead onboarding of new clients and ensure successful handover to post-sales/implementation teams
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in hi-tech, preferably cybersecurity and networking
- Track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and demonstrating career growth
- Excellent German and English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities
- Self-motivated with a competitive, detail-oriented mindset
