Contract Details

• Start Date: 1st July 2026
• Engagement Type: initial 12 months Full-Time, with possibility of further extension

Mandatory Requirements (Pass/Fail)

1. Experience Level Required It is a mandatory requirement that the Resource proposed has the equivalent of senior level (7+ years) experience

2. Availability on Commencement Date The resource must be available to provide services from the commencement date of the services estimated to be 1st July 2026.

3. English Language Proficiency

   • Native English speaker OR
   • CEFR C2 Proficiency/Mastery (or equivalent)

   If there is no certificate, fluency will be assessed at presentation stage

Role Specifications and Requirements

1. Key Deliverables The following, non-exhaustive list of Key Deliverables, are applicable to this Role.

   • Designs, develops, modifies, supports and implements software programming applications, components and patterns.
   • Works from written specifications and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job and maintains documentation of process flow.
   • Designs, codes and tests new web/cloud software applications.
   • Maintains existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defects
   • Operates in a highly pressurised development environment facilitating the integration of data from various sources including backend services and databases.
   • Works in a Hybrid Software Development Methodology
   • Provides specialist advice to support others
   • Estimate the effort required to complete the development work on software development projects, to allow for good project planning and project management

2. Key Experience/Competencies/Skillsets The following Experience/Competencies/Skillsets are applicable to this Role. The CV for the proposed Resource as set out in the Response Document must clearly and comprehensively demonstrate the Resource’s proven experience with the following:

   • C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, or equivalent.
   • Azure SQL Server, or equivalent, design and optimisation skills.
   • Azure application and integration services, including App Services, Function Apps, Key Vault, Storage Accounts, Azure SignalR, Azure Service Bus, or equivalent.
   • Application architecture and system integration skills.
   • Skills designing maintainable, secure and scalable solutions.
   • Ability to validate configuration and support troubleshooting using diagnostics/logs
