The Role in Brief

As a Network Engineer, you are responsible for designing, installing, managing, and optimizing complete network and server environments.

You work directly for and with our clients, tackle technical challenges independently or together with fellow engineers, and ensure that systems always run securely and optimally.

With your knowledge, accuracy, and solution-oriented approach, you are an indispensable link within our ICT services.

What You'll Do

• Manage, install, and migrate network and server environments for new and existing clients.
• Resolve network and security issues, both remotely and on-site.
• Maintain, monitor, and optimize various infrastructures (servers, cloud, communication, and security).
• Collaborate closely with fellow engineers and back-office staff for documentation, advice, and project execution.
• Provide support and handle ICT projects from start to finish.
• Work with the latest technologies and continuously learn within your field.

About You

• You have completed an MBO level 4 ICT education and work at HBO level.
• You have at least 3.5 years of relevant work experience as a network or system administrator.
• You are service-oriented, customer-friendly, and have strong communication skills.
• You work accurately, are analytical, and think creatively in solutions.
• You have a B driver's license or plan to obtain one soon.

Additionally, you have experience with:

• MS Windows Server, Exchange, DNS/DHCP
• Hyper‑V and SAN technology
• Cloud & server-based computing (O365, Azure, Citrix, Terminal server)
• WAN/WiFi, VPN, and security
