Network & Security Engineer - Remote (India)

About

The Cisco ISE Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructure by applying in-depth knowledge of Cisco networking technologies, including routers, switches, wireless controllers and access points, AAA. This position is part of the IT Global Infrastructure & Operation team.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement network infrastructure for Cisco ISE and DNAC products based on business requirements.
• Configure and maintain network security measures, including network segmentation, NAC, TACACS+, RADIUS, SGT.
• Troubleshoot network issues related to connectivity, performance, and security.
• Monitor network performance and identify potential bottlenecks or other issues that could impact performance.
• Document network configurations, procedures, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in network administration and Cisco networking technologies
• Cisco certifications, such as CCNP or CCIE, are highly valued.
• In-depth knowledge of networking technologies, including routing, switching, and wireless networking, DNAC.
• Ability to work in a team setting and availability to work outside of regular business hours, as needed.
