What You'll Do

  • Netzwerkplanung & -betrieb: Planung, Implementierung und Betrieb von Wi-Fi- und Access-Netzwerken auf Basis von Lancom-Devices
  • WAN-Management: Steuerung und Überwachung der Netzwerkanbindungen von 100+ Standorten im Linzer Stadtgebiet via Dark Fiber, SD-WAN und MPLS
  • Sicherheitsprojekte: Umsetzung von Initiativen zur Steigerung der Netzwerksicherheit - z. B. NAC/802.1x, Guest Access und BYOD-Konzepte
  • Datacenter-Infrastruktur: Betreuung, Wartung und Weiterentwicklung von Netzwerkkomponenten (Router, Switches, Firewalls, Proxy)
  • Betriebsstabilität: Sicherstellung von Hochverfügbarkeit, Performance und Sicherheit der gesamten Netzwerkinfrastruktur
  • Troubleshooting: Strukturierte Fehleranalyse und nachhaltige Behebung von Netzwerkproblemen

What You Bring

  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL, FH oder Universität) mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung oder mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im Netzwerkbereich
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Betrieb von Enterprise-Netzwerken in größeren, komplexen Umgebungen
  • Grundkenntnisse in Scripting (z. B. Bash, Python oder PowerShell) - zur Automatisierung von Routineaufgaben - sind von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Vor-Ort-Einsätzen sowie Wartungsarbeiten außerhalb der regulären Bürozeiten
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Offenheit gegenüber neuen Technologien und Freude an kontinuierlicher Weiterentwicklung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
