Job Scope
The Associate - Presales supports the Sales team with technical coordination, material preparation, and relationship management for effective pre-sales operations.
Main Duties and Responsibilities • Assist the Sales team by coordinating technical aspects of pre-sales activities; • Support the Sales team in responding to customers requests understanding requirements, and tailoring proposals; • Support the Presales Engineer in creating demos, proposal documentations, and presentations; • Complete required pre-sales documentation in a quick and accurate manner; • Provide support to the company partners and customers; • Respond to after-hours support queries during assigned rotations and escalate issues if needed.
Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any other related field • 2-3 years of technical experience in Network Security and Virtualization. • Experience with CVAD, Citrix DaaS and Virtualization. • Experience with ADC and VDI Concepts will be an added advantage. • French speaking language will be an advantage.

Requirements
