Responsibilities

• Handle End-to-End Recruitment process.
• Manage the full recruitment life cycle from requirement understanding to onboarding.
• Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.
• Screen and shortlist candidate profiles as per job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate technical and managerial interviews.
• Handle salary negotiation and offer release process.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate database.
• Ensure smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring
