About the role
About
You will be working as an Online Marketing Head in the Wellness Industry for an online counselling and therapy platform. Your main responsibility will be to develop and execute B2C & B2B marketing strategies to acquire new users/corporates and retain/engage existing users.
Responsibilities
- Ideate and lead the design of marketing collateral to showcase the product offerings effectively.
- Manage the creative process from concept to completion.
- Translate marketing objectives into actionable initiatives.
- Drive higher return on marketing spend.
- Lead and direct the creative team in producing all marketing collateral.
- Ensure visual communication and brand standards are maintained.
- Lead digital & offline campaigns across various platforms and optimize them for user acquisition.
Qualifications
- MBA with a minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in the Health/Wellness industry.
- Proven ability to plan and manage budgets.
- Prior experience in marketing communication and brand building.
- Hands‑on experience in marketing innovation in campaigns and activities.
- Deep knowledge and experience of digital marketing, public relations, and content marketing.
- Strong understanding of industry trends and creative tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, problem‑solving, and project management skills.
- Good soft skills to inspire creativity and collaborate effectively with different personality types while managing multiple projects.
