About the role

What you'll do

Core Tasks

  • Plan, conceptualize, and implement all digital marketing and communication measures for the mobility business unit in the B2C and B2B environment.
  • Plan, coordinate, and optimize all paid media activities, especially in social media ads, SEA, programmatic, affiliate, and push campaigns.
  • Create, plan, and coordinate content for social media, website, and newsletters.
  • Optimize web content and SEO measures in collaboration with internal departments and external agencies.
  • Plan and coordinate digital advertising and communication spaces, especially POP screens, web, app, and location platforms like Uberall and Google My Business.
  • Take responsibility for and coordinate photo and video shoots, including briefing and coordination with internal and external partners.
  • Manage budget for all online activations in the mobility sector and ensure adherence to budget guidelines.
  • Create and evaluate reports on paid and online activities, including KPIs, performance analyses, and optimization recommendations.

What you bring

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing/Online Marketing.
  • Federal Diploma of Vocational Training (Eidg. Fachausweis) in Marketing/Communication.
  • Fluent German (negotiation level).
  • French (advantageous).
  • Several years of experience in online marketing (B2C and ideally also B2B) as well as experience in campaign implementation across various digital channels.
  • Sound knowledge in SEA/SEO, Social Media Marketing, and performance analysis & optimization.
  • Independent and self-responsible personality with a proactive approach.
  • Organized, structured, and solution-oriented way of working.
  • Strong skills in communication, cooperation, and teamwork.
  • Analytical and conceptual skills (reading and interpreting data and translating it into concrete measures).

Recruitment Process

1. Pre-selection of Applications
