About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and manage onsite registration systems for high-end corporate events
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to registration software and hardware
- Oversee attendee check-ins and badge printing, ensuring a seamless experience
- Ensure network stability and functionality for all registration stations
- Collaborate with event staff and IT teams to optimize the registration process
- Provide detailed post-event reporting and valuable insights
Ideal Candidate Requirements
- Experience in event registration, event technology, or IT support
- Strong networking and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to manage multiple registration stations and staff with ease
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Own transport is required
- Must reside in and around the City Centre area / V&A waterfront / ICC / Rondebosch
