About the role

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage onsite registration systems for high-end corporate events
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to registration software and hardware
  • Oversee attendee check-ins and badge printing, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Ensure network stability and functionality for all registration stations
  • Collaborate with event staff and IT teams to optimize the registration process

Ideal Candidate Requirements

  • Experience in event registration, event technology, or IT support
  • Strong networking and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to manage multiple registration stations and staff with ease
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Own transport is required
  • Must reside in and around the City Centre area / V&A waterfront / ICC / Rondebosch
