Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Technical Solutions Architect to support and manage Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, HCM, and EPM applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Fusion technical configurations, integrations, security, quarterly release management, and cloud application support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Oracle Fusion Cloud technical configurations, customizations, security roles, workflows, and integrations
• Evaluate Oracle quarterly releases, perform impact analysis, and coordinate testing activities
• Lead end-to-end implementation, enhancements, upgrades, and production support activities
• Design and support integrations using OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, HDL/HSDL, OTBI, BI Publisher, and BICC
• Troubleshoot Oracle Fusion application issues and coordinate with business, IT, vendors, and Oracle support teams
• Create technical/functional documentation, test plans, and process flows
• Mentor technical team members and drive best practices for Oracle Fusion Cloud administration and security

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 10+ years of ERP experience with 5+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/HCM/EPM
• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion technical architecture, integrations, security, workflows, and cloud administration
• Hands-on experience with OIC, OCI, REST/SOAP APIs, reporting tools, and data migration
• Experience leading full lifecycle Oracle Fusion implementations and support engagements
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
