- Cybersecurity deployments (EDR, email security, access control)
- ISP contracts and renewals
- Network and infrastructure upgrades
- Coordinate internal engineers, vendors, and client stakeholders
- Create and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Track progress and proactively resolve delays or roadblocks
- Communicate clearly with clients, including non-technical stakeholders
- Ensure minimal downtime and business disruption during project execution
- Maintain accurate project documentation and status reporting
- Assist with prioritization across multiple simultaneous client projects
- Support the onboarding of new clients and systems into our environment
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT project management or IT operations
- Strong technical understanding of:
- Windows environments and endpoints
- Microsoft 365 / Azure environments
- Networking fundamentals (firewalls, switches, VPNs)
- Cybersecurity tools and best practices
- Experience working in an MSP or multi-client environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication skills with both technical teams and clients
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with healthcare organizations or HIPAA environments
- Familiarity with tools such as:
- RMM platforms (e.g., Atera or similar)
- Ticketing systems and documentation platforms
- Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent)
- Experience with compliance-driven environments
Work Schedule
- 15–25 hours per week
- Flexible schedule, but must be available during business hours for client coordination
- Occasional availability for project cutovers or after-hours work (planned in advance)
Compensation
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience
- Opportunity to grow into a full-time leadership role
What Makes This Role Unique
- Direct involvement in impactful IT projects for healthcare and business clients
- High visibility within the company and with clients
- Ability to shape project processes and improve delivery standards
- Work closely with leadership on strategic initiatives
Ideal Candidate
You’re not just a “project tracker”—you understand IT, can anticipate problems before they happen, and know how to keep both engineers and clients aligned. You’re comfortable stepping into technical conversations when needed and keeping projects moving without constant oversight.
