About

As a Partner Manager at Dynatrace, you will cultivate strategic relationships with Global System Integrators and Re-Sellers to drive joint business initiatives that embed Dynatrace solutions. You will co-create sales strategies with partners and coordinate with local sales teams to execute these initiatives. You will travel selectively to strengthen commitments and ensure successful program execution. You join a collaborative team focused on expanding the partner ecosystem and accelerating growth through powerful value propositions and GTM plans.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders
  • Recruit new partners with the right capabilities to represent Dynatrace
  • Articulate a compelling Dynatrace value proposition to partners
  • Understand partner business and GTM strategies
  • Help partners develop and execute Dynatrace-aligned GTM plans and ensure necessary skills are in place
  • Collaborate with partners and internal teams
  • Support in creating teaming agreements / MAPs
  • Join partner sales calls and meetings as needed
  • Provide sales enablement and coaching
  • Assist partners in building and implementing demand generation initiatives
  • Facilitate initial partner onboarding following execution plans

Qualifications

  • Extensive track record in software sales, SI delivery, business development, and channel management
  • Proven experience working with Global Systems Integrators and Re-Sellers
  • Interest in observability and its importance
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and generating new business revenue
  • Experience recruiting partners and driving revenue growth
  • Experience in software/services solution development; Managed Services, Digital Agency, and ISV ecosystem experience a plus
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
