Role Overview

As the Performance Marketing Manager - D2C, you will be responsible for developing and executing the brand’s D2C and performance marketing efforts. This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on execution.

You will collaborate with internal teams (design, content, product, sales) and external partners (agencies, influencers) to ensure Caresmith’s marketing efforts are consistent, impactful, and measurable.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing & Growth

• Lead performance marketing strategy across paid media channels — Meta, Google, Influencer campaigns, and affiliates. • Set clear KPIs (CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates) and monitor campaign performance. • Work to optimize budgets and maximize ROI. • Run A/B tests, landing page optimizations, and audience segmentation to improve campaign effectiveness. • Build a data-driven culture by sharing insights with leadership on campaign learnings and performance trends. • Build the companies retention flywheel with CRM & retention campaigns • Optimize campaigns to ensure RTO is managed at the target ROAS • Identify opportunities for UGC, influencer collaborations, and brand partnerships to drive engagement.

Website ownership

• Strong CRO skills, to optimize at each step of the customer journey • Strong familiarity with various Shopify tools and ways of running a fast and shopper friendly website • Deep knowlede of the entire marketing tech stack • Driving SEO initiatives and building up organic SEO

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with the Product team to align marketing with product roadmaps and feature launches. • Work with Content teams to develop campaigns that boost sell-through and D2C performance. • Liaise with external agencies for creative, PR, and influencer outreach. • Working with the ops team to monitor and optimise RTO and drop-offs post order

Analytics, Reporting & Budgeting

• Own the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation across channels. • Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing performance reports for leadership. • Leverage tools like Google Analytics, Meta Suite, CRM dashboards, and BI tools for actionable insights.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

• Manage and mentor junior marketers, content team members, and interns. • Build a culture of innovation, accountability, and learning within the marketing function. • Conduct regular reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and workshops to upskill the team.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• 3–7 years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in D2C or consumer brands. • Strong understanding of performance marketing platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads). • Exceptional skills in strategic thinking, creative ideation, data analysis. • Solid grasp of analytics tools (GA4, Meta Suite, CRM dashboards) and data-driven decision-making. • Proven ability to manage agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
