Role Objective
As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and continuous optimization of data-driven marketing campaigns for image building and qualified lead generation.
You will report to the Head of Digital Marketing.
What to Expect
- Planning and implementation of data-driven digital B2B marketing/lead generation campaigns in collaboration with marketing, specialist, and sales departments
- Conception and content development of campaign goals, such as landing pages, micro-sites, and other digital offerings in collaboration with specialist and marketing departments
- Operational campaign management on platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, Display / Programmatic, Retargeting
- Use of AI to optimize targeting, ads, and performance
- Expansion of marketing automation and tracking infrastructure
- Campaign analysis and performance management
- Development of dashboards and reporting
What We're Looking For
5 years of experience in implementing data-driven B2B performance marketing campaigns, ideally in the consulting, technology, or professional services environment, as well as demonstrable success in generating qualified leads
- In-depth experience with performance marketing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Programmatic, Marketing Automation, Tracking & Analytics)
- Solid experience in the area of responsibility as well as hands-on experience in the conception and production of relevant campaign elements (audience building, target content, ads, targeting and funnel mechanics, KPIs)
- Experience with AI tools
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on performance data, reporting, KPI definition, and dashboarding
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Experience in an international context is an advantage
