Responsibilities
What you will do with us:
- You will take over the strategic management and further development of your client projects, always keeping the big picture in mind.
- You will be the central point of contact between the client and the team, responsible for clear, structured communication in both directions.
- You will plan and coordinate the implementation together with our specialists (Ads, Web, Tracking, etc.) and ensure that all measures work together towards the goals.
- You will prioritize tasks, manage resources, and ensure that projects are implemented efficiently and on time.
- You will analyze results, derive concrete measures from them, and continuously develop your clients.
- You will identify potential for additional measures and proactively advise your clients on sensible next steps (upsell & further development).
- You will take responsibility for budgets, goal achievement, and the sustainable success of your client projects.
Requirements
What we are looking for:
- 3 years of experience in online marketing, ideally in an agency context or in account management.
- You have experience in managing client projects and keeping multiple topics in view simultaneously.
- You think strategically, work in a structured manner, and don't lose sight of the overview even with complex projects.
- You are strong in communication, can prioritize clearly, and proactively drive topics forward.
- You have a good understanding of online marketing interrelationships (e.g., Ads, Websites, Tracking) without necessarily implementing everything operationally yourself.
- You recognize opportunities, think entrepreneurially, and have a good feel for client development and growth potential.
- Bonus: Experience in sales, client consulting, or upselling services.

Requirements
- 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Online Marketing, idealerweise im Agenturkontext oder im Account Management
