  • Experience with programming languages such as Python or R, knowledge of Linux.
  • Knowledge in the analysis of large, heterogeneous datasets and databases (e.g., clinical, epidemiological, genomic; multi-omics: RNA-Seq datasets, GWAS, epigenomics, metabolomics, proteomics, CyTOF in asthma research).
  • Experience in biology/biochemistry/molecular biology is a great advantage.
  • Experience in the application of data processing and data visualization, high-performance computing, as well as handling databases and annotations (GenBank, Ensembl, GEO, KEGG, Gene Ontology).
  • Planning, execution, and evaluation of epidemiological studies (knowledge of experimental design and sample size calculation).
