Must Have Skills

• Hands-on experience with Ping Identity suite (PingOne, PingFederate, Ping DaVinci), including implementation and support
• Strong expertise in authentication and federation protocols (SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect) and IAM concepts
• Proven ability to troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and federation issues in enterprise environments
• Experience integrating IAM solutions with Active Directory/LDAP, cloud platforms, and SaaS applications

Responsibilities and Job Details

• Support and maintain Ping Identity platforms including PingOne, PingFederate, and Ping DaVinci
• Design, configure, and implement IAM solutions aligned with modern authentication standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to authentication, authorization, and federation
• Develop and manage orchestration flows using Ping DaVinci for MFA, passwordless, and adaptive authentication
• Integrate IAM solutions with enterprise directories (AD/LDAP), cloud services, and SaaS applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IAM services across production and non-production environments
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability of identity services
• Participate in incident response and root cause analysis for IAM-related issues
• Assist in implementing security best practices and compliance requirements
• Work within a distributed global team with alignment to US-based stakeholders and timelines
