Your Tasks
- Administration, operation, and further development of security-critical Linux systems in our data center and trust center environment as part of a team
- Active participation in projects for the further development of our PKI services, as well as conception and implementation of optimization measures for server landscapes
- Error analysis and resolution, including classification of disturbances and technical support for third-party products in close coordination with manufacturers and software development
- Technical support for colleagues with problems in the use of the trust center system's IT services
What You Bring
- Completed degree in computer science, training as a specialist in IT systems integration / system administrator, or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in the operation, setup, and administration of Linux systems and working with containers/Kubernetes
- Very good understanding of distributed, networked systems and knowledge of encryption technologies and security mechanisms
- Experience with PKI, certificates, and certificate-based applications, as well as HSM (Hardware Security Module) is desirable
- Ideally, prior knowledge from the area of Quality Assurance (QA)
- Structured, analytical way of working and enjoyment of delving into complex technical issues
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
