Your Tasks

• Administration, operation, and further development of security-critical Linux systems in our data center and trust center environment as part of a team
• Active participation in projects for the further development of our PKI services, as well as conception and implementation of optimization measures for server landscapes
• Error analysis and resolution, including classification of disturbances and technical support for third-party products in close coordination with manufacturers and software development
• Technical support for colleagues with problems in the use of the trust center system's IT services

What You Bring

• Completed degree in computer science, training as a specialist in IT systems integration / system administrator, or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in the operation, setup, and administration of Linux systems and working with containers/Kubernetes
• Very good understanding of distributed, networked systems and knowledge of encryption technologies and security mechanisms
• Experience with PKI, certificates, and certificate-based applications, as well as HSM (Hardware Security Module) is desirable
• Ideally, prior knowledge from the area of Quality Assurance (QA)
• Structured, analytical way of working and enjoyment of delving into complex technical issues
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
