As a Platform Engineer, you enable fast, reliable software delivery by automating infrastructure and pipelines. You will balance on‑premise and cloud environments, driving scalable CI/CD and IaC practices. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve reliability, security, and performance while fostering innovation. Responsibilities

• Design and implement infrastructure automation and deployment pipelines
• Operate and optimize hypervisor infrastructure at scale
• Architect and manage scalable containerization and orchestration solutions
• Drive CI/CD improvements to optimize workflows
• Monitor and enhance system performance, availability, and security
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve automation and deployment strategies
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code for reproducible environments
• Mentor junior engineers and foster skill development

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or IT infrastructure
• Deep knowledge of DevOps trends and best practices
• Strong scripting, version control, and infrastructure design skills
• Proficiency in performance, security, and reliability optimization
• Expertise in containerization/orchestration, especially Kubernetes
• Experience scaling CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to lead complex projects and mentor others
