Platform Engineer - Microsoft 365 & Cloud Infrastructure (m/f/d)

Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for the entire system and cloud landscape, ensuring its stability, security, and scalability. You will be responsible for the operation and further development of cloud infrastructures, automate recurring processes, and consistently use Infrastructure-as-Code. You will analyze and optimize existing systems, implement monitoring and alerting solutions, and ensure smooth, secure operation. You will work closely with development and stakeholders to gather requirements, create technical concepts, and translate them into sustainable solutions. Through your experience as a Senior, you will shape architectures, define standards, and drive strategic improvements of the system and cloud environment independently.

Responsibilities:

• You will independently manage and continuously develop the Microsoft 365 Suite
• You will handle User Lifecycle, License Management, and Group and Role Control
• As Owner for Jira & Confluence, you will define governance standards and advise teams on workflow design
• You will work with the team on the AWS infrastructure and consistently use Infrastructure-as-Code
• You will develop CI/CD pipelines and implement monitoring, logging, and alerting

Qualifications:

• You have completed IT training and have practical experience in operating complex IT and cloud environments
• You have in-depth knowledge of AWS Services (EC2, ECS, RDS, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch)
• You have experience with Microsoft 365 Administration (Tenant, User Lifecycle, Groups, Licenses, Features) and Atlassian Jira & Confluence
• Fluent German, written and spoken
