Your Profile

• Background: Student (m/f/d) in economics, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable field with a strong interest in management consulting.
• AI Affinity: Ideally, you have initial technical knowledge in Machine Learning and Generative AI (e.g., understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, or ML fundamentals).
• Analytics & Tools: You have a structured way of working and are proficient in using standard office tools (PowerPoint/Excel); experience with tools from a Data Science tech stack is a plus.
• Drive: You are eager for "hands-on" work in a growing field and bring initiative.
• Languages: Very good German language skills, both written and spoken (min. C1).

Responsibilities

• AI Strategy & Roadmaps: You will support the conception and development of AI strategies for our clients.
• Maturity Assessment: You will help analyze the AI maturity of companies and derive recommendations for action.
• Use Case Development: You will develop concrete use cases, from the initial idea to business case calculation.
• Business Development: You will actively identify new market opportunities and help to bundle suitable service offerings for our clients.
• Presentation: You will prepare complex issues in an understandable way and present your results directly to the team or clients.

Work Style

We work hybrid, but consciously focus on personal exchange and joint brainstorming. Therefore, we look forward to regular collaboration on-site at our office in Kassel. Remote work is possible by arrangement.
