Principal AI Platform Engineer

Leading the technical vision for the AI platform, the full-time Principal AI Platform Engineer will architect systems that enhance agent reasoning, scale knowledge retrieval, and improve developer experience while collaborating with product engineering teams across various divisions. Key responsibilities Define the architecture for Agents, Skills, and Tools to enhance platform capabilities Scale the context graph to transform extensive operational data into customer-specific intelligence Build and maintain the developer experience, ensuring agent orchestration and observability at scale Required qualifications 10+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on backend systems and distributed architecture 3+ years of experience building ML or LLM-powered systems in production Proven track record of technical leadership at the Principal level across multiple teams Strong expertise in Python, including API design and data pipeline development Experience treating developer experience as a product, focusing on adoption and documentation
