Neural Motion is creating a revolutionary infrastructure layer for robotics learning.

Current robotics data is often disjointed across various formats and systems, preventing effective learning and scalability. Our mission is to develop a universal data pipeline and cross-embodiment representation layer that consolidates real-world logs, simulation data, and multimodal datasets into one comprehensive framework.

Position Summary

As a Principal Engineer, you will help build the foundational infrastructure for robotics data at scale. Collaborating closely with the founding team, you will design and implement systems that facilitate knowledge transfer across different robotic entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-throughput data pipelines for robotic datasets
• Design and implement distributed systems and microservices
• Standardize raw logs into cohesive representations
• Craft cross-embodiment transformation pipelines
• Integrate multimodal systems effectively
• Facilitate real simulation pipelines and evaluative systems

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience with large-scale data systems or distributed systems
• Alternatively, strong background in robotics or embodied AI
• Proficient in backend programming languages (Python, Go, or similar)
• Comfortable working in early-stage environments
• Exhibit strong systems thinking capabilities

Compensation

• $150,000 - $220,000 base salary
• Approximately 1% equity stake
