The Role

Senior individual contributor with strong strategic influence. Responsible for building and owning a specialist GTM recruitment desk focused on placing commercial and revenue‑generating talent into technology businesses — including Sales, Account Management, Partnerships, Marketing and Revenue Leadership roles.

Key responsibilities:

  • Build and scale a permanent GTM recruitment desk in the US market
  • Partner with founders, CROs, VPs of Sales and leadership teams at high‑growth tech companies
  • Develop a high‑quality candidate network across commercial technology roles
  • Win new clients through proactive business development and relationship‑led sales
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition through placement and account growth
  • Contribute to desk strategy, revenue planning and long‑term practice development
