Principal Machine Learning Engineer, Agentic AI

Responsibilities

• Develop large-scale, fault-tolerant multimodal agentic experiences for millions of customers
• Design and implement various agent interaction modes, including Voice AI and Deep Research
• Pioneer evaluation frameworks and safety guardrails for trustworthy AI agents

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience deploying large-scale ML models, with recent focus on agent-based systems
• Experience in developing engaging dialogue systems capable of long conversations
• Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks and production ML infrastructure

A track record of writing articles, patents, or publishing high-impact research is a strong plus
