Principal Software Engineering Manager - Mobile Technologies

As a skilled and experienced Full Stack Engineering Manager (Full hands-on), you will be joining a dynamic team where you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and resilient solutions aligned with the business objectives for the commerce platform. Your responsibilities will include:

- Architecting, designing, and implementing enterprise solutions that are scalable, resilient, and high-performing. - Defining and enforcing best practices for development, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and coding standards. - Possessing a strong command of web, mobile, and microservices technologies. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of end-to-end solutions. - Leading and mentoring a high-performing team of local and remote engineers. - Prioritizing team workload, allocating tasks effectively, and providing necessary resources for team success. - Providing technical expertise and guidance, evaluating adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines. - Overseeing the design, development, maintenance, scalability, reliability, and performance of the connected vehicle data platform pipelines and architecture. - Communicating decisions effectively and transparently to internal and external customers. - Accurately tracking all prioritized work in JIRA for financial delivery tracking. - Enforcing data quality, data governance, and security standards. - Leading implementation and delivery of various business customers requests into the data assets with optimized design and code development. - Identifying and consolidating common tasks across teams to improve efficiency. - Identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks in architecture, optimizing for speed and efficiency. - Enforcing security measures within architecture to ensure data integrity and confidentiality. - Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. - Implementing monitoring and logging solutions to proactively address issues. - Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues. - Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for mobile and microservices architecture.

Qualifications required for this role include:

- Experience with Mobile design and implementation using React Native, React JS, and front-end technologies. - Proven experience as a Mobile Architect with a strong background in Mobile technology. - In-depth understanding of mobile and microservices design principles, patterns, and best practices. - Solid knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
