Responsibilities

  • Provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software in cloud environments (Azure & AWS)
  • Design and support new and existing cloud applications infrastructure
  • Oversee cloud operations and design infrastructure for new workloads
  • Create and maintain system documentation, including best practices, procedures, and policies
  • Provide IT systems administration in a heterogeneous RedHat Enterprise Linux and Microsoft Windows environment

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years experience in Azure and AWS environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related discipline, or equivalent combination of schooling in lieu of degree
  • 5+ years experience deploying and managing cloud‑based solutions on Azure and/or AWS
  • Robust understanding of computers, networks, servers, storage, and databases
  • Experience in server architecture and troubleshooting methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Capable of developing solutions and documenting various technical issues
  • Proficient with technologies such as Active Directory, WSUS, and VMware
  • Strong scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Terraform/HCL) for automating tasks
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Microsoft Azure certification(s)
  • Ability to support 24 × 7 operations beyond standard work hours
