About the role

As a Project/Program Management & PMO professional at Randstad, you play a crucial role in contributing to the development, documentation, and implementation of projects and change initiatives in alignment with organization policies and strategies. Your responsibilities include:

- Defining and maintaining realistic project plans and monitoring budget and progress against agreed quality and performance criteria - Coordinating moderate complex projects by agreeing and reviewing project approach, and communicating with subcontractors and suppliers for timely delivery of goods and services - Handling issue escalations, identifying project risks, dependencies, and changes, and recommending necessary adjustments - Facilitating effective relationships with team members, business stakeholders, and clients through clear communication and information dissemination - Sharing knowledge with the team on emerging trends and changes in Project/Program Management & PMO, such as agile methodologies like LEAN and Six Sigma - Mentoring other Project/Program Management & PMO professionals to enhance the team's abilities and acting as a technical resource - Providing technical expertise on projects using advanced project management knowledge and suggesting process improvements for enhanced project delivery efficiency and effectiveness

You are required to have in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in your discipline and a basic understanding of related disciplines. You will solve a range of problems through applying technical and/or functional experience, guided by precedents. While working independently, you may lead small projects or project steps within a broader project, impacting the quality and effectiveness of customer, operational, project/program, or service activities within your team and other related teams. You will exchange complex information with others, potentially guiding and persuading them.
