About the role
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Responsible for recruitment of potential candidates • Liaise with managers/team leads to understand role requirements in order to source the most suitable candidates • Identifying the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates. • Responsible for full cycle of recruiting, starting from requirement understanding to sourcing till successful on-boarding • Sourcing candidates from various job portals, linkedIn & other databases • Perform screening calls to analyse applicants’ abilities • Maintaining required MIS on submissions, interviews and selects on timely basis • Responsible for creating and managing the candidate experience at every stage during the recruitment process
PRE-REQUISITES • Good technical understanding and updated on latest recruitment trends • Good grasp on recruitment portals and other hiring platforms • Dynamic & Self-motivated individual • Passionate towards recruitment • Works with high code of ethics and integrity • Desire to achieve assigned targets & earn huge incentives
