Role Overview

As a Principal Technical Solution Architect, you will be a highly trusted advisor responsible for crafting and leading complex, high-impact client solutions. This pivotal role combines strategy, architecture, sales, and delivery to drive transformative initiatives across hybrid, cloud, and outsourced environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Lead Solution Architect for Ensono's most intricate and high-stakes client projects.
• Engage in executive-level strategy discussions to foster buy-in for transformational, multi-platform solutions.
• Design comprehensive solution architectures that encompass cloud, hosting, networks, security, disaster recovery, DevOps, and governance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Consulting, Product Management, PMO, and Delivery teams to develop cohesive pursuit, solution, and execution strategies.
• Create and present compelling technical solutions and business cases to a range of stakeholders.
• Develop and oversee migration plans, ensuring smooth transitions from high-level frameworks to detailed project management.
• Lead architecture efforts through critical migration milestones, including testing and operational transition.
• Work with financial teams to build complex financial and pricing models.
• Influence Ensono's product and technology roadmaps through structured client feedback.
• Drive additional value through higher-value, strategic service offerings.
• Mentor and guide Solution Consultants, sharing best practices and elevating architectural and consultative standards across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture or as a senior technical consultant within managed services environments.
• Proven accountability for large, multi-year enterprise infrastructure deals exceeding $20M TCV.
• Deep expertise across hosting and infrastructure technologies, including networking, security, and operational governance.
• Experience designing hybrid infrastructure solutions, particularly with public cloud environments (AWS and Azure).
• Demonstrated success in leading complex sales cycles and executive-level solution positioning.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior executives.
• A Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a relevant technical field.
• Major industry certifications in cloud or infrastructure-related disciplines.
• Strong autonomy in complex, ambiguous environments with effective judgment.
• Experience mentoring within a solutions or architecture organization.

The annual compensation for this role ranges from $151,000 to $257,000, with additional bonus and equity opportunities based on performance. Please note that placement within this range depends on various factors, including skills, experience, and business needs.
