As a Principal Technical Solutions Architect at Ensono, you will play a crucial role in shaping and leading high-impact client solutions. Your expertise will empower our clients to navigate continuous change and embrace innovation effectively. You will operate as a trusted technical and business advisor, driving complex, high-value solutions for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive solution architectures across cloud, managed services, and infrastructure. • Engage with executives to facilitate strategy discussions that secure buy-in for multi-platform transformation initiatives. • Act as the primary technical owner for major enterprise pursuits, ensuring solutions deliver measurable business outcomes. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Consulting, and Product Management to formulate effective solution strategies. • Create and present compelling business cases to stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business value. • Oversee migration plans, coordinating critical milestones from planning through operational handoff. • Mentor and develop other solution consultants, sharing best practices and enhancing architectural standards.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience as a solution architect or senior technical consultant in managed service provider environments. • Proven record of ownership and delivery for large-scale enterprise infrastructure projects ($20M+ TCV). • Expertise in the technology landscape including cloud (AWS/Azure), security, and IT governance. • Experience in designing hybrid infrastructures and overseeing large-scale outsourcing solutions. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior executives. • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field. • Relevant industry certifications in cloud and infrastructure areas.
