As a Process Engineer reporting to the Director of Manufacturing, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing strategies that enhance operational efficiency. You'll analyze existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability of new products. This role offers autonomy to lead projects that create impactful changes in production.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and enhance current state processes to eliminate bottlenecks
• Collaborate with engineering teams for new product manufacturability
• Implement lean methodologies to enhance material flow
• Lead quality initiatives to institutionalize Poka yokes
• Audit production processes to ensure adherence to specifications

Requirements

• B.S. in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum of 8 years in a manufacturing environment
• Strong background in lean manufacturing principles
• Experienced in CapEx projects and facility design
• Preferred HVAC engineering knowledge
