An Product Architect for the management of “Non-Conformities” (NC) and Quality Data (m/f) position is available within Airbus Commercial Aircraft in Toulouse, France. You will join the DEQN organization, more specifically within the Quality Product & Service Line (QPSL) organization.

Mission and Activities

The Quality Product & Service Line (QPSL) organization is responsible for providing digital solutions for the Quality function. This scope includes the design, development, and execution mode of all digital solutions related to "non-conformities" and quality data management in a broad sense. This scope extends, in some cases, to other Airbus divisions and partners.

As a Product Architect, you will play a crucial role in defining the technical direction of future IT Products & Services in the field of NC and Quality Data Management. You will be essential for validating product designs and ensuring the alignment of the architecture strategy with business objectives and the long-term strategic planning of the organization's Information Systems. You will be involved in major transformation initiatives: migration to S/4 Hana, definition of extensibility patterns, decommissioning and simplification of the application landscape.

• This role may involve business travel.

Your challenges:

Your main activities will include:

• Act as a visionary to proactively contribute to defining the direction of future IT Products & Services and validating software designs.
• Collaborate with other architects, system analysts, and developers to deliver the highest quality solutions through cutting-edge technologies.
• Define models, including solution patterns, to guide solution decisions.
• Participate in all phases of the application development lifecycle: research and design, development, testing, implementation, and support.
• Align the architecture strategy with business objectives and the long-term strategic planning of the organization's Information Systems.
• Perform technical/functional design of application and infrastructure components for new solutions in accordance with the defined functional design.
• Provide expertise on business processes and Change Management.
• Contribute innovative ideas and continuous service improvement.

Your boarding pass:

• Proven experience in IT Solution Architecture or a similar role.
• Solid understanding of architecture concepts and design principles.
• Experience with SAP technologies, particularly in the context of Quality Management (QM), data management, and S/4 Hana.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
