Your Team

Your new team is a group of motivated, collaborative, and innovative people. They are Product Managers, Researchers, Analysts, Designers, and Developers from diverse backgrounds. They enjoy working together to create and evolve a well-loved product, while always leaving space for fresh ideas and new approaches. Outside of work, they’re parents, gamers, bookworms, adrenaline seekers, and so much more.

Your mission

As a Product Data Scientist, you’ll transform behavioral data into meaningful product insights that shape how Frontify builds and evolves its products.

Working within the Mixed Methods Product Research team, you’ll partner closely with product trios to understand how users interact with the product, evaluate ideas through experimentation, and develop predictive models that inform strategic decisions.

Your work will help teams move faster with greater confidence — strengthening experimentation practices, improving data reliability, and advancing how product performance is measured across the organization. Along the way, you’ll play a key role in evolving our product analytics approach, making insights more accessible, actionable, and impactful.

Your responsibilities

  • You’ll partner with product trios to deliver timely, actionable insights that inform product decisions.
  • You’ll design and evaluate product experiments using rigorous statistical methods.
  • You’ll define leading indicators that help teams measure product success earlier.
  • You’ll build predictive models with clear performance benchmarks.
  • You’ll analyze behavioral data in Amplitude to understand product usage and engagement.
  • You’ll query and model data in Snowflake to support analysis and experimentation.
  • You’ll explore datasets independently in ThoughtSpot to uncover trends and opportunities.
  • You’ll establish scalable routines for data validation and metric audits.
  • You’ll improve product analytics literacy and drive adoption of tools like Amplitude.
  • You’ll enable self-service analytics to reduce reactive reporting and support better prioritization.
  • You’ll manage multiple requests across teams while maintaining analytical rigor.

Your story

You can work remotely from anywhere in Switzerland or join us on-site in our St. Gallen office, with the flexibility to choose the environment where you do your best work.

You’re a data scientist who enjoys partnering closely with product teams and turning complex data into practical, actionable insights. You navigate ambiguity with confidence and proactively identify where data can unlock the most value. With a hypothesis-driven mindset, you design thoughtful experiments, evaluate outcomes with statistical rigor, and communicate your findings clearly so teams can move forward with confidence. You’re comfortable working across the full spectrum of data science — from exploring raw datasets to building models and generating insights that shape product decisions.

Technical expertise (must)

  • You have strong proficiency in SQL.
  • You have experience with Python or R for analysis and modeling.
  • You bring a solid statistical foundation, including hypothesis testing and experimental design.
  • You can independently extract, validate, analyze, and interpret product data.

Technical expertise (nice to have)

  • You have hands-on experience with Amplitude for behavioral analysis and product metrics.
  • You bring strong querying and data modeling skills in Snowflake.
  • You’re comfortable exploring data and surfacing insights using ThoughtSpot.
