As a Product Designer for a consumer health platform, your role involves crafting thoughtful, high-quality mobile-first experiences that simplify complex health journeys into intuitive user experiences. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and user needs to create meaningful experiences that are not just usable but deeply impactful.
Key Responsibilities: Design end-to-end mobile-first product experiences for key user journeys like onboarding, engagement, reporting, and retention Translate real-world problems into clear design solutions Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to bring ideas from concept to the final product Utilize user research, behavioral insights, and data to drive design decisions Develop scalable design systems and interaction patterns for consistent user experiences Maintain a balance between speed and quality, ensuring high-quality execution without over-designing Continuously improve experiences based on user feedback, product metrics, and iteration cycles
Qualifications Required: 46 years of experience in designing and shipping consumer-facing mobile products Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product thinking beyond UI screens Profound knowledge of mobile UX patterns, interaction design, and usability principles Ability to provide clarity in ambiguous situations and structure in complex problem spaces Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, information architecture, and clean design systems Ownership mindset, taking initiative to move projects forward without waiting for perfect inputs Excellent collaboration skills with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders Curiosity-driven approach, questioning assumptions before proposing solutions
