Position Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Product Designer who enjoys innovation and has a strong eye for design. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing sports apparel and accessories, contributing creatively to product development while aligning with the brands vision.

This is a full-time, permanent role suited for someone who understands consumer trends and is enthusiastic about sportswear design and innovation.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement creative product designs in line with Shreys seasonal development calendar. • Create and manage design assets including sketches, CAD designs, Illustrator files, tech packs, material details, and colour boards. • Lead product development from concept to final sample approval. • Ensure all design documentation is organised and updated on time. • Conduct market and trend research to bring fresh ideas into product development. • Collaborate with internal teams for presentations, sampling, and execution. • Maintain and update the Product Development Calendar effectively.

What Were Looking For: • Bachelors degree in Product Design, Knitwear, or a related field. • 12 years of experience in sportswear or knitted apparel. • Proficiency in CAD software (mandatory). • Strong communication and organisational skills. • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. • A proactive and creative mindset with a passion for sportswear, branding, and innovation.
