Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience in product design
- Demonstrated leadership of comprehensive design projects (initiating tasks, not just supporting roles)
- Familiarity with design systems (e.g., Material Design, Polaris) in a corporate environment
- Expertise in Figma and prototyping tools for solution definition and validation
- Experience in fintech, security, fraud, identity protection, or regulated industries (preferred)
- Skills in crafting UX briefs or discovery documentation (preferred)
- Experience in executive-level storytelling or presentations (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Lead the design efforts for web and mobile experiences, overseeing projects from conception to implementation
- Change intricate challenges into seamless solutions using user flows, wireframes, visual designs, and interactive prototypes
- Collaborate on and enhance our design system alongside other designers and engineering teams
- Share informed design perspectives early in the development process to shape direction and identify opportunities
- Create executive summaries to communicate ideas, solutions, and research findings to senior management
- Work in partnership with UX researchers and the global insights team to plan, synthesize, and apply user insights
- Engage in usability testing and contribute to research briefs and discovery documents
- Advocate for user requirements while balancing business objectives and technical limitations
- Implement ADA and accessibility best practices throughout the design process to ensure inclusive experiences
- Collaborate directly with product managers, marketing, legal, compliance, and engineering teams in an agile environment
- Articulate design choices effectively through storytelling, presentations, and structured documentation
- Build consensus among cross‑functional team members and persuade stakeholders using data‑driven arguments
