About the role

As a Product Designer at our company, you will partner closely with Product Managers to define problems, set clear success metrics, and deliver impactful solutions. You will work through moderately ambiguous challenges with structured thinking, elevate interaction and visual quality across core user journeys, and help maintain a consistent and accessible design system. Additionally, you will utilize research insights and product data to guide decisions and measure what works.

Key Responsibilities: - Turn a brief into clear problem statements, hypotheses, and KPI targets. - Explore a few solution directions; document trade-offs and recommend a path. - Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready UI in Figma with responsive and motion considerations. - Partner with Engineering through handoff and build; review staging for quality and performance. - Run quick interviews/research or pull basic analytics to validate assumptions. - Propose and document component updates; clean up inconsistencies you spot in the live product. - Share crisp async updates; lead or contribute to design reviews. - Track post-launch results; suggest iterations when outcomes miss the mark.

Qualifications Required: - 2-5 years of professional experience designing Web, SaaS, or E-commerce products. - Portfolio with end-to-end ownership on defined problems and measurable outcomes. - Strong Figma skills (components, variants, tokens, prototyping) and reliable design-to-code handoff. - Experience running lightweight research and reading product analytics. - Contributions to a shared design system. - Clear, concise communication and thoughtful documentation. - Solid planning: scope work, surface risks early, and ship on time. - Collaborative by default; comfortable resolving minor design/tech trade-offs. - Habit of following through after launch and sharing learnings with the team. - Practical use of AI tools to speed up copy/variants, prototyping, or documentation; willingness to share simple playbooks with the team.
