Your Responsibilities

• You report directly to the SVP Product & Marketing and are responsible for the complete C-side product strategy of XING.
• You lead a team of Product Managers and Designers and reinvent their roles for an AI-powered world.
• You refine the traffic on XING by turning visits into applications – continuous improvement of the quantity and quality of applications measures your success.
• You regularly represent our product vision and roadmap at events for customers, partners, and colleagues.
• You work closely with your colleagues from the Go-to-Market organization and translate customer problems into concrete roadmaps.

Upcoming Content Challenges Include:

• Implementation of the XING product vision as an AI-based job agent – always with a clear focus on effectiveness.
• Establishment of metrics for applicant quality and their optimization.
• Integration of XING with relevant applicant management systems to make the user flow from interest to application as easy as possible.

What You Bring

• You already have leadership experience in the product environment, Growth/Performance Marketing, CRO or similar.
• You have the numbers under control and can demonstrate your effectiveness based on data from past roles.
• You speak very good English and German.
• Ideally, you have already worked for a job board. In the best case, for another type of digital marketplace.
• You ideally have enough technical understanding to 'vibe-code' and deploy a prototype yourself with Codex.
• If you are also strong in presenting, you are the perfect candidate.
