ImmobilienScout24 Österreich has been online with an Austrian marketplace since January 2012. Together with Immobilien.net, Immodirekt.at, and immosuchmaschine.at, we reach around 1.8 million users every month and offer a choice of over 100,000 real estate listings. As our new team member, you will be part of a team of around 60 employees in Austria, but also part of the international Scout24 family. We are looking for you!

What we wish for from you

• You develop a future-oriented, AI-supported search experience along the entire rental and purchase journey
• You identify and validate growth potentials through iterative product development, experiments, and data-based decisions
• You plan pricing and upsell strategies and translate them into concrete product initiatives with measurable business impact
• You define, track, and manage key KPIs to continuously optimize user behavior, conversion, and product success
• You work closely with development, design, data, and relevant stakeholders to clearly structure and effectively implement complex requirements

What you bring with you

• Several years of product management experience in a B2C environment, ideally with search, e-commerce, growth, or subscription-driven products
• Experience in conversion optimization, scaling products, and achieving or further developing product-market fit
• Strong analytical skills and experience in translating data-based decisions into effective product measures
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional, impact-oriented teams and managing diverse stakeholders
• A good understanding of user needs, business models, and growth levers along digital customer journeys
• Fluent German and good English skills
• Experience in the effective use of AI tools to increase productivity and problem-solving

For this position, we offer an annual gross salary of EUR 65,000,-/year (based on 38.5h/week) with the willingness to pay more depending on professional experience and qualifications. Through a variable salary component determined by your personal performance, there are no upper limits.
