Your daily life

We provide and support systems for air traffic management and protection. We work with passion in a modern architectural setting, striving to push the boundaries of technology in our key sectors. South of Paris, our site is easily accessible by public transport.

Within the engineering department, you will join a team responsible for the support and industrialization of software engineering environments for the GBU LAS projects. Your mission will be to lead the team responsible for providing and maintaining software engineering environments, to support the unification of practices between Business Lines/sites, and to accelerate the adoption of state-of-the-art industrial tools and solutions (GitLab CI, GitLab, Artifactory, SonarQube, DevSecOps) by our users.

Your profile

You have:

  • Proven experience (>5 years) as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Technical Project Manager, ideally in supporting software engineering environments or in the DevOps domain.
  • Solid skills in change management and multi-site team management.
  • A strong affinity for agile methodologies.
  • A delivery and project management culture.

A good understanding of DevOps challenges is essential for this role. Technical skills in our tools would be a plus: GitLab CI/CD, GitLab, Artifactory, SonarQube (or equivalents), Kubernetes, Docker, Podman, cloud environments...

You possess:

  • Excellent synthesis, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Results-oriented, customer service focus, and natural leadership.
  • Ability to manage uncertainty and adapt to change.
  • Ability to manage relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders and adapt your communication to each of them.
