The Role

Manage the lifecycle of product ranges in line with the company’s overall strategy.

Be involved from product design through to promotional actions to ensure the achievement of commercialization objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to the definition of Product,Marketing strategy

  • Ensure market, competitive, professional association, customer needs, regulatory, technological, and local financial incentive monitoring.
  • Support the definition of the medium‑term strategy for products in the identified target markets.
  • Propose prioritization of new product development opportunities in line with company strategy, considering economic, organizational, and commercial aspects.
  • Contribute to the development of product development and launch roadmaps.
  • Propose the go‑to‑market strategy, distribution channels, and target customers.

Manage the lifecycle of Products

  • Develop and implement the marketing action plan.
  • Coordinate cross‑functionally with the various departments involved throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Contribute to the definition of the pricing policy.
  • Update sales and communication tools for products in collaboration with the communication and sales teams.

Launch, commercialize, and measure performance

  • Prepare sales and communication tools for products with the communication and sales teams.
  • Contribute to the training of teams by providing sales arguments and ensure proper deployment of these actions within the relevant scope.
  • Monitor and analyze sales/margins and/or orders for products, as well as market results, to measure achievement of commercial objectives.
  • Contribute to and validate product communication content with the communication department (digital, web, press, professional events).

Profile

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in energy systems, heating, air conditioning, or industrial refrigeration (engineering degree such as IFFI or equivalent required); marketing background is a plus.
  • Ideally 5–10 years of proven experience as a Product Manager or engineering leader within the energy, HVAC, refrigeration, or compressor manufacturing industries.
  • Strong analytical skills with a pragmatic, business‑oriented mindset.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in cross‑functional and matrix organizations.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to work in an international environment.
